Adorable, dog loving fun! This a print, colorized from an original painting titled Jack in the Office.   The artist is Sir Edwin Landseer.  The main character, Jack, is a Jack Russell. The title is a pun and slang term for a pompous government official.   The dogs are waiting for their bowls to be filled by Jack. British architecture and setting.  The print has it's original darkened matting in place measuring 36.5" by 18.5" tall. The print itself is still partly attached to the matting but not entirely.  The print is 17" by 12.5".  Few minor flecks of colored finish missing bottom left and at large window on the side.
