Quite old and in good condition. Most likely original frame, matting and glass. This depiction of Quilp varies slightly from others I researched by Joseph Clayton Clarke as the background is light in color where other show a darkened cloud behind him. The frame measures 11.5" by 9.5". The visible print is 4.75" by 6.5". Not sure what type of print this represents ie. litho or engraving. Could even be hand colored. Lovely gold accents surrounding his name and the inner print.  Here Quilp is enjoying boiling tea with out showing any discomfort, as referenced with steaming pot in his hand.  Good condition for it's age with print well protected under glass. The frame has some minor wear on edges.
