Lovely, old antique framed print titled Tony Weller. The framed print under glass features Tony Weller from Charles Dickens first novel, The Pickwick Papers. The original wood frame measures 11.5" by 9.5".  The print is 4.75" by 6.5". The inner trim of the matting is gold with same trim around the title of the print. I believe this might be hand tinted. No small dots when loop is used to examine same.  Good condition overall, with a spot on matting left upper section near the wood frame, minor discoloration in the background of the print above the flume of smoke coming from his pipe. Artist is Joseph Clayton Clarke. Humorous caricature perfect for decorating a home office, library or writers den.
