Antique watercolor painting under glass. Signed bottom right hand corner A. Santo '07 for 1907. Back shows the age and original paper protective covering which is quite worn and torn now. The artwork is very large in a 33" by25" wide wood frame with a scroll pattern design. The painting features 2 black and white cows grazing in a pasture filled with small buttercup flowers and other wild flowers along side of a meandering stream. Lush green trees in the background with blue white colored cloud filled sky. The artwork is 30" by 22". Damage includes loss of gold finish on the wood frame, some waves on the paper watercolor painting, backing is missing and the artwork is not tightly set in place. No rips or tears to the artwork, the coloring is amazing!
