Lovely old, antique print and wood carved frame.  Measures 17" by 13". Print is 16" by 12". Signed Edward Moran bottom left hand corner.  Dark, moody, foggy seascape or harbor scene with rowboat in foreground, tall ships in the background and what looks to be a boat filled with people and a tug boat behind it.  Intriguing scene. Could not identify it's exact name. Protected under glass with no rips, or tears to the print. Typical wear to the carved wood frame with some chips and wear on corners and edges.
