Gorgeous, large oil painting on canvas. We believe this is by Mario Maresca but we have no authentication or paperwork to support the assumption. Mario Maresca was an Italian artist 1877 to 1959. Measures 36" length by 24.25" tall. Gorgeous Italian veranda or patio scene with old archway, wooden door with green shutters. Potted plants in pretty shades of green, red and violet.  Left side features an endless view into the sea.  Good overall condition with no rips or tears. There are some light scratches in the painting upper mid sky section, artwork needs a good cleaning, soiled from age.  Leftover tape on sides of the canvas but nail heads underneath seem to be in tact.
