Lovely vintage oil painting in the Neapolitan or Posillipo  School known for its picturesque views of the Bay of Naples Italy.  Arched ruin, lush vegetation, people near the shore and distant mountains across the water. Signed bottom right hand corner, perhaps A. Murcid?  Gold carved wood frame measures 15" by 17" length. The Canvas measures 8" by 10".  Artwork is in good condition with no rips, tears or holes. Some minor crazing in the paint upper righthand corner. Frame has loss of gold finish in many sections as shown in photos.
