Beautiful vintage oil painting on actual board, wood board, featuring town of Meissen, Bavaria Germany.  The back shows Russian writing so the artist might be Russian but signature is illegible bottom left hand corner.  Lovely pastel, light colored spring trees are featured in this painting with Gothic castle and perhaps church spires in the background. Measures 20.5" by 17".  The top corner has damage with missing corner, wood is actually slightly splintered. Love the back showing the boards origin.  Board is dated 1952 so assume this painted in same era.  Very pretty! See images.
