Gorgeous modern oil painting on canvas featuring view of a coastal European village on the waters edge with a small fishing boat close to shore. Walking area at the dock with stone structures in the background. Reminds me of Italy, perhaps Sorrento.  Bright vivid blue and yellow tones with thickly applied oil or acrylic paint. Signed left bottom but illegible to me.  The gold carved wood frame measures 18" by 21.5" length. The canvas is 16" by 12". The frame does show damage with missing gesso decoration on bottom left hand corner section and upper left hand corner section. See images. The painting canvas is in good clean condition with no damage.
