Beautiful watercolor painting titled Springhouse. We purchased from an estate and were advised she did purchase this in Bucks County PA. I am having a hard time making out the signature. It is either Carol Ann Spohn or Spahn or Spark. In any event it is a lovely, well done watercolor painting of an old homestead's springhouse.  Pretty rolling hills, forest in the background and lush green grass. Framed and matted. Frame measures 15.5" by 13.5". The watercolor is 6.75" by 9.5". Good clean condition, protected under glass. One owner.
