Lovely vintage famed print depicting "Champion" Dorking Rooster, originally illustrated by JW Ludlow for Cassell's Poultry Book in the 1870s.  This rooster is known for having 5 toes.. Pretty green matting with print an off white to beige shade. Old script, printed in Italy by Garfiche Taggotti No 7042.  Frame is light colored wood purposefully distressed with nicks and marks. Pretty thin green trim on the frame as well. The frame measures 13.5" wide by 15.5" tall. The print is 9.5" by 11.5" under glass. Slightest staining in the top portion of the white portion of the print, lower left hand corner has chip on the frame as well. See images. No rips or tears on the print.
