Signed bottom left hand corner Helsloot in small and large characters, which could identify this as a Dutch painting.  The dark wood gold accent with linen lining frame measures 19" by 16". The canvas is 14" by 10".  Lovely bright shades of blue, turquoise, blue waters while portions are dark and dramatic, ie under the dock section and nearby the bottom of the forefront fishing boat.  Captures the scene quite nicely with dramatic accents.  Good condition with no damage to the canvas, paper backing has some marks and rips. Wood frame is in good condition with typical wear from natural lighting etc. Nice MCM vibe too.
