Signature bottom left hand corner, I believe it reads Ward or Wand.  Thick wood frame measures 13" by 11" tall. The artist board is 8" by 10".  Lovely fall or autumn landscape scene with lovely shades of range, green and amber colored leaves. There is water in the background and perhaps a mountain. Damage includes some lightening of the frame in upper right corner and right hand lower corner, plus some typical wear to the finish of the frame top and corner sections. The painting has some minor loss of color showing slightly white in the center and bottom off center section. See photos. No scratches, tears etc.
