Gorgeous water color painting signed Eugenia Eckford Rhoades, 1952. Large wood frame measures 30" by 24", artwork is 21" by 14". Set under glass so artwork is protected. There are signs of foxing on the matting, ie dirt and spots under the glass. No rips or tears in the artwork. Gorgeous peaceful old farmhouse set with large trees, flowers in the foreground. Probably near Chads Ford PA. 20th C, Wilmington DE listed artist. Wonderful collectible water color.
