Stunning antique pair of needlepoint arm chairs. These feature needlepoint on back, wrapped seat and even the arms. Sturdy wood frames are finished in matte gold. Probably original.  The needlepoint is stunning feature bold flowers, links of floral as trim repeated on seat back of chair and seating area. There is definitely fading and discoloration of the needlepoint but overall good condition. Few pulls and there is a spill stain on seat section of one. The seat backs of the chairs show thread wear and pulls. See photo of the back. Both are in same condition in that back area. Bottom of the chairs show clean and most likely original covers. 38" tall at seat back height, 24" wide and 18" deep overall dimensions.  Seat  height is 19" and seating area is 20"wide by 19" deep.  Stunning set of antique French chairs!
