Stunning blue art glass vase with hand painted enameled pattern on front and back as well as a lovely ruffled or crimped rim. There are dot impressions on the entire vase as well. Hand Blown glass. Pretty light aqua blue. Stands 6.25" tall with 5" wide top rim. Interior depth is 5.5".  Hand painted sprigs of flowers on the vine with their leaves.  No damage, good clean condition.
