Stunning pressed clear glass pitcher or jug with a wide border rim made of either silverplate or pewter. Unmarked. The wide silver border features a raised scroll, flower and shell relief pattern. The jug stands 11.5" tall with 4" wide rim. Lovely footed base. Intricate pressed glass pattern.  Silver metal has some wear as shown. We did not attempt to polish it. I see no chips or cracks. There is a mfg line in the glass interior section running about 5" length from side to side in upper section near glass handle. I do not believe it is a crack, but a line in the glass. Simply stunning for serving wine, water or great for fresh flowers. It's got the look.
