Lovely art nouveau era glass vase. Could be French or Czech glass. Stands 8" tall with 1.5" wide rim. Bottom bulbous section is 4" wide. Features hand enameled gold floral pattern on front and back with a droopy lily flower.  Damage includes one chip on the exterior rim and series of 3 chips on the top rim. Please see images. Gold coloring is good. Bottom shows a mfg blemish or glass defect. It is not a chip.
