Lovely collectible blue glass barrel form toothpick holder.  2 3/8" tall and rim is 1 3/8" wide. No chips  on the rim. Inner mid section shows a dark bubble mfg issue and possible a small crack in the same area no more then 1/16". It sits right at the wide band in the center of same. See photos.
