Beautiful footed beverage glass made by Bryce Brothers in the 1880s. Pattern is Willow Oak in the shade of blue, rare and so pretty! Pattern also known as Wreath.  5" tall with 3.25" wide rim. There is a smooth filed down chip on the rim, see photos. The underside of the rim below the beaded trim has surface flea bites or perhaps mfg issues as there are consistent rough sections and the lower raised lip below the scroll and flower design has 5 small defects or fleck chips on this raised portion, again it could be mfg issues. Gorgeous, rare, Willow Oak pattern.
