Decorative signed Fenton milk glass round candle holder, center pillar section, with rim of bowl used for greenery or flowers. I have also seen this described as chip n dip set. Could be used for anything.  9.5" wide overall rim to rim and center holder section is 3.5" wide. Side rims are 2.5" tall. Good condition with no damage.
