Lovely, antique, petite or miniature oil lamp standing 8" tall by 3.5" wide at the base.  Hand painted enamel flowers on the base with vines, petals and leaves. Light blue, true glass.  Lots of wear, molding and advanced age to the metal wick holder section. See images. No chips or cracks on the glass.
