Lovely vintage French Empire chandelier, basket form. Also, considered Montgolfier style. 22" tall by 16" wide.  Interior has 3 small light bulb bases facing up and 3 more facing down, in the bottom portion of the light. Wiring appears to be in good condition. Hook on top with no canopy for installation.  No missing prisms, I do see some rust on the fixture interior, see images. Great sparkly chandelier!
