Wonderful antique, Victorian era, miniature oil lamp. The lamp features a hand painted pattern of flowers on a frosted or cosmos glass base. There is a circle on the bottom, looks to be six side with center initial that is illegible to me.  Could be Czech made or American made. Stands 4.5" tall by 3" wide at the bulbous center. Good condition with no chips or cracks. Frosting is in good condition too!
