Such a pretty and unique vintage oil lamp made of yellow milk glass or custard glass. Light yellow with fluted top shade and bottom base. Custard glass, I believe. The base is encased with a silver metal material that has piercings or filigree pattern featuring fans, shell and scrollwork. Lamp is 5.5" tall and 3" wide at base. There is a small chip on the top exterior rim of shade. See images. Looks to be a small chip with extended hairline crack 1.25" length. Mostly visible at top rim area. Does not glow under black light.
