Antique Paint decorated embossed frame by Judd Company. It is cast iron metal embossed with flowers. Back #'d 8637. 6" by 8" overall height. Image areas is round and 3.5" by 3.5". Pretty shade of cream with blue accented floral chain. Some chippy finish here and there. Stands nicely on pretty curved feet.  Lovely collectible antique picture frame produced 1915 to 1920's.
