Vintage Chinese enameled bowl over metal with black exterior and crisp blue interior. Features floral pattern with blue and green shades. Metal mounted base. 4 3/8" rim and 2 1/8" tall. Two spots on the interior of slight cloisonne loss, showing up as a brown spots. Otherwise,  good clean condition with bold pattern.
