Lovely vintage or older white metal or silver carrying box which could have had many uses including betal  nut, cigarette, calling card, vanity trinket box, keepsake box and or even lipstick case. The box measures 3.5" length by 2"wide and 3/4" tall. Flip lid on original hinge. No markings. Center has red orange rust tone Cabochon. Inside is more silver in color. Most likely Turkish in origin although I purchased this in Sorrento Italy on a sourcing trip. The orange rust cabochon is a bit scuffed and does not shine up. Otherwise, good clean condition.
