Gorgeous antique English Johnson Brothers Ironstone round covered soup tureen with ladle. Lid has notch for ladle. 12" wide by 4.25" tall to rim, 8.5" actual rim size. Ladle is 12" length. Stunning embossed simple pattern with twisted finial handle.  Craze lines throughout from age. Small brown hairline crack on one side rim. See images. About 1.5" length. Love the registry mark on the bottom as well as brown Johnson Brothers Royal Semi-Porcelain England mark on the bottom.  Raised English registry mark.  I believe patent date is April 14, 1886.
