Wonderful antique flow blue serving platter marked Flanders. Made in Stoke on Trent Staffordshire England. Platter has notched corners and is oval in shape. Measures 14" length by 10" wide.  Pretty wide border with blue art nouveau style pattern. No chips or cracks. Blue dot on side rim from mfg.  So pretty for using or display.
