Wonderful wide border including inner rim, gold encrusted larger dinner plate or charger measuring 10 5/8" diameter.   Back is marked Warranted 22 Carat Gold. This a vintage Royal Bavarian plate Hutschenreuther Selb Bavaria.  Wide rim features scroll work and inner gold border is repeat flower pattern. The plate could use polishing.  Dullness in areas, please see images. I cannot determine if this was re-coated or just needs better polishing. Small black lines on inner rim gold section on one side. Small blemish on rim with minor loss of gold trim. Please see all images.
