Lovely vintage signed McCoy art pottery tea set in the green ivy pattern. Pretty beige background with brown trim and bold green ivy leaves. The teapot is 10" length by 8.5" tall. The sugar and creamer are oblong 6.5" length by 2.5" tall. Fabulous vintage USA pottery!  Damage includes just typical craze lines in the glaze from age, no chips or cracks, green smudge on the underside of creamer from application of the green coloring.
