Lovely vintage, MCM, modern silverplate teapot, sugar and creamer tea set. The teapot is marked W.A. for William Adams, Sheffield England and the EPNS mark includes A1, meaning high quality plate.  The teapot has a black handle as well as black and brass finial. The teapot is 8.75" tall by 7.5" wide and about 3.25" deep at the base measurement. The creamer is 5.25" tall and 4.5" wide. The sugar is 2.75" tall and 5" wide from handle to handle. Love the trophy style handles. Bases are heavy and almost feel weighted. The set was polished but does show some wear and small loss of plate at top of teapot. See images. Its about the size of a half dollar showing gold underneath.
