Great antique architectural wall decor. I believe this was a clock case as it has an opened round section at the bottom but of course it could be used for anything or just as is. 16.5" tall by 4.5" wide. The round opening is 3" wide and 1.5" deep but the back section is wider then the front section. The front section is 2 1/8" wide.  The bottom shows chipped ceramic and loss of full detailing. The top ribbon has a chip as well. All worn and chippy paint on the basket and flowers. Multiple layers of paint under the gold. Just lovely!
