Beautiful leather bound lot of volumes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8, part of World History Swedish publication by Johan Berman and Emil Svensen. The books have gorgeous binding featuring redish tones with gold inscribed patterns, book title and publisher. Features bursting sun, volume number surrounded by hearts and flowers as well as bottom section featuring a globe pattern and mfg name Stockholm Bohlin & Co. The books measures 9.75" by 7" wide. These were published in 1912. The book insert loosely translates to 209 illustrations and 2 larger maps. Third edition. Overall condition is very good for age. Volume 8, the Supplement has slight fading in color compared to the others very minor. The pages are in good clean condition with no rips or tears. One volume does have a few pages with minor bends on the tops, see 4th image. Lovely set of decorating, stacking and displaying. Fabulous colors!
