No mfg mark but # 96340 on the bottom. The art deco clock is made of various metals and I believe steel. Copper colored round circles on the elongated base.  4 3/8" Length by 2.5" deep and 3" tall. Metals as shown with original patina.  Round cover over the face of the clock with copper shaded numbers and circular face. The exterior circles probably matched the interior shade of copper at one time.  A new battery operated mechanism has been attached to the back but the clock is not working when I installed new battery.  As is.
