Here is the funny thing, it ticks when I hold it upside down and give it a shake. Found that out when I was cleaning it. lol.  3.5" wide by 2" deep and 4.25" tall. Delightful vintage shape and form. Clock face is white with black numbers all set under glass. Made in Germany marking. Gold trim around the face does show patina from age. Plastic or celluloid material is in good condition with no damage. The back mechanical dials and knobs all seem to be stuck and when you attempt to wind it, the entire front face of clock moves. Needs work but pretty as a decoration to use as is.  Some splotches on the face of the clock too near 4.
