Lovely antique signed PR Italy with SCU in triangle. Features dragon pattern with urn in the center. Bright bold colors such as gold, blue, orange and a fun blue dot interior pattern over gold luster finish.   2.5" wide at the rim by 1.75" tall. Typical pottery pock marks on base, no chips or cracks. Good coloring to for it's age.
