Unique double inkwell made of porcelain. There is no mfg mark but there is a purple number set, looks like 31 but very hard to see. The inkwell has 2 small cups that are removable, one has tiny holes to offload pens while the other has a removable lid. Measured 5" wide by 5.5" deep and 2.5" tall at the back. Applied flowers in the top center. The curved porcelain scrolls each have mfg line where they curve up to sit behind the flowers. Colors include pink to cranberry with gold accents and powder blue coloring. Scalloped from tray area with possible hand painted pattern in the bowl section. Gold cups are adorable and have some green residue that was present when I purchased them, it was used to prevent them from falling out. It does come off though.  No chips or cracks except the mfg lines as noted above.
