Gorgeous set, Volume 1 and 2 enttled Saint-Clair by Di Montolieu. Hunter green leather bindings with gold Rococo style decoration. The 1/4 leather bound spines lead to marbled front and back covers. 3.5" by 5.25" and about 1" deep. Pocket size. These were printed in Naples Italy 1844. Some minor wear on cover corners, mainly top, Volume 2 has a slightly indented top cover almost 2" length. Some spotting on the pages from age but no rips or tears.
