Lovely vintage, 1950s into 1960s, well crafted petite point handbag or purse with top handle. There is no marking inside the purse. Could be patent leather.  Strong and sturdy. Lovely bold floral pattern with various shades of blooming flowers.  9.5" length by 3" wide and 8.5" tall to the top clasp. Overall height is 13" tall.  Good clean condition. Front right hand side trim has slight indentation and very minor loss of black. See images.
