Antique Silver Plate Tankard Simpson Hall Miller Aesthetic Nouveau Figural Birds
Stunning antique ceramic lined tankard, water pitcher. Victorian era, aesthetic in design featuring amazing pattern of birds and bird figures situated on finial lid, top of handle and relief design on either side of spout. White ceramic lining to keep water cool. Bottom signed Simpson Hall Miller. 14" tall by 12" wide with widest section of body without hand and spout is 7" wide. Every inch of this tankard is decorated with bird pattern or art nouveau pattern including fans, circles, flowers etc. There is a lot of peeled off silver plate, no dings or dents.
