Alpaca silver is an alloy of copper, zinc, nickel, and silver and does not tarnish easily. It is considered to be hypoallergenic.  Each pair is handmade and is one-of-a-kind. The  jewelry is handcrafted for an individual finish to be unlike any other. As such, you may find natural variations in the shapes and sometimes colors of the stones. Silver dip can damage the stones and should not be used on the jewelry.

The focal stones are a variety of:  Murano Art Glass,  Simulated Semi Precious Stones, and Authentic Semi Precious Stones (Selection of Turquoise, Black Onyx, Moss Green Agate, Jasper, Lapis Lazuli, White Rose Quartz and Tiger's Eyes).   The dangles are made from a variation of hand twisted Alpaca Silver, glass seed beads, bamboo beads, silver seed beads and silver points

To Clean:

Wash in warm water with mild soap and a little lemon juice.

You may also use shampoo or a mild liquid soap or detergent

Dry with a soft cloth by blotting the Silver and beads or natural stones

and buffing any Glass.

We use actual shipping costs to those in the U.S.A., so the invoice reflects calculated shipping charges. If you are undercharged, we consider it a gift to you. If you are overcharged, we refund your excess charges through PayPal.

We usually ship by USPS, using First Class, Priority, Media Mail, and Express. Once an item is paid for, we try to ship the very next business day, however, we do not ship on weekends. If you pay early enough in the morning, it may go out the same day. If there is a method you prefer, that is not listed, contact us, and we will attempt to ship that method for you.

We DO NOT make money on inflated shipping charges, or handling fees.

We take packages to the post office once a day, in the morning. If you have paid by midnight PST, your package will go out with that mail.  Our post office closes at 3:00PM PST, so if you want something overnight, you must pay early in the day.

Please note: The Post Office does not allow tracking on First Class International Packages. If you purchase First Class, we cannot insure it, or track it. So, if you do not get your package, we have no recourse, and cannot help you. We understand that this makes postage more expensive, but, we cannot give refunds if we cannot track the package. If you are OK with this, then you can ship by First Class International. Please do not leave bad feedback for us if you do not receive your package in this case, as we have no recourse.


Postal administrations of several international countries have contacted the United States Postal Service about the declaration of value placed on customs forms. They have noted that in many cases, the declared value is understated when compared to the actual invoice or known value of the item, especially for sales conducted over the internet. The correct value of each item is required on customs forms as it helps determine the proper duties and taxes, and whether they should be applied. Some countries will soon begin taking steps to address this issue, such as levying fines on the addressee when the declared value is determined to be lower than the invoice. Please do not ask us to lie on the customs form.




Returns

Most of our items include a 7 day return policy unless otherwise indicated in the item description

A copy of an email from us acknowledging your return must accompany any returns to us. We travel, so you must get this email to confirm where it will be returned to.  Returned packages received without approval will not be accepted. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sometimes, things happen. Things get broken or lost in shipment. The Post office loses the package. The package arrives later than expected.  The item was not quite what you expected, or you ordered something that does not fit. These are out of our control, but we will do everything possible to make things right, as long as you let us know there is a problem.

We cannot give you negative feedback, so it is unfair to give us negative if we have made the transaction to your satisfaction in the end. Do not leave negative feedback until you have contacted us so that we can try to make you happy.

When we photograph our store items, we try to show the items under more than one type of light, especially jewelry, since they will be seen under different lighting situations. This may explain the background differences at times. Color changing stones change color based on the lighting. Office and indoor lighting, as well as outdoor light will change the color of these stones.
