This tray is made from the stave of a recycled oak wine barrel we pick up directly from wineries in the NY and NJ region.

Each appetizer tray is hand crafted and finished with a mineral oil to highlight the character of the oak and the stain the wood has acquired from years of being used to create great red or white wine.

These are approx. 17 inches long and 3 to 4 inches wide but as each piece is different, there may be variations in color and size.

It is best not put wood products in a dishwasher. it is better to hand wash with warm soapy water and hand dry. Apply mineral oil or butcher block oil occasionally, depending on use.
