This is a cute blouse with a scoop neck with four covered buttons snapping closed with snaps.    There is encased elastic at the shoulders.  The colors and print of this blouse are many, so please see the picture for details.  There is a band of black satin around the neckline, sleeves, and  the front .  There are two side pockets.   The sleeves are ¾ length and have two buttons.  A 1X should fit Bust 40 ½-44”, Waist 33 ½-37”, Hips 43-46 1/2” and fits a 14W/16W and is 23” long.  The material is 100% Polyester and is machine washable.
