The front has a scoop neck and is criss crossed with a buckle detail on one side, giving a slimming effect.  The blouse is short sleeve.  A 3X should fit Bust 48 ½-52”, Waist 41 ½”-45”, Hips 51-54 ½” and fits a 22-24 and has a total length of 29 ½”.  The material is 92% Polyester,  8% Spandex and is machine washable.
