This is a beautiful lined blouse which has a black background and blue and white swirls.  The front of the blouse has a cross-over bodice, an empire waistline, bugle beads and square beads are sewn onto  the V-Neck.  The sleeves are ¾ length and are unlined.  A 3X should fit Bust 48 ½-52”, Waist 41 ½”-45”, Hips 51-54 ½” and fits a 22-24 and is 28” long.  The material of the shell is 100% Nylon and the lining is 100% Polyester and is machine washable.
