This is a very pretty black top with gold speckles and short sleeves.  The neckline is a V-Neck with a gold plastic ½ ring gathering the material at the bottom of the V.  There is a 3” band around the bottom.  The measurements from armpit to armpit is 54” and is 24” long.  The material is 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex and is machine washable.  This product is made in Mexico.
