This is a very cute aqua blouse with yellow flowers and butterflies.  The blouse has a collar, and buttons up the front.  The sleeves are ¾ Length with a vent so they could be rolled up.    On each side of the blouse there is a drawstring and the blouse could be drawn up on each side or left along.  A 2X should fit Bust size 44 ½-48 ½, Waist 37 ½-41”, Hips 47-50 ½ and should fit 18W/20W and is 27” long.  The material is 100% Cotton and is machine washable.
