This is a very red pretty scoop neck blouse with a 2” border around the neck with beading and silver stitching and is slightly gathered in the center.  The measurements from armpit to armpit are 60” in circumference and is 28” long.  The material is 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex and is machine washable.
